EA Brain started with doctoral research. The platform was built as academic work by the EA Brain team — and it proved something concrete: AI-native architecture tools can give architects back the time and intellectual energy eaten up by documentation, reviews, and diagrams that go stale the moment they're published.
But research alone doesn't convince an enterprise. Production does.
That's where we came in. We reached out to the EA Brain team and agreed to build ManArch — a single-user AI copilot running on the EA Brain engine, launched publicly as a stand-alone service and operated as its proof of concept. Real architects used it on real architectures: generating diagrams in seconds, asking “What breaks if we remove this service?”, pulling audit-ready compliance evidence on demand — with an AI that remembered every decision ever made.
It worked. Like the shift from monthly Excel reports to live Power BI dashboards — where decision-makers stopped waiting for the data and started living inside it — the proof of concept showed that architecture can be something you converse with, not something you document.
