How is EA Brain different from LeanIX, Ardoq, or Orbus?

They add AI to existing repository platforms. EA Brain is built AI-native from the ground up: a knowledge graph as the foundation, consultation instead of documentation, and living architecture that stays current automatically. It works alongside existing tools — no rip-and-replace.

What is Temporal Knowledge Graph (TKG)?

A knowledge graph that stores not just what your architecture looks like, but how it changed over time and why. Every decision is timestamped, every relationship has history. This enables AI to answer questions like 'what was our architecture before the cloud migration?' or 'why did we make this decision 8 months ago?'

Can I export my data if I stop using EA Brain?

Yes, at any time. Export formats include ZIP (full backup), PDF, PNG, SVG, PlantUML, and ArchiMate XML. You maintain full ownership of your knowledge graph, diagrams, and conversations. Your data is never used for AI training.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManArch ("the Service"), operated by diRectly2you ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in the Slovak Republic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. Our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance pages form part of these Terms.

2. Service Description

ManArch is an AI-Native Enterprise Architecture Copilot built on the EAbrain enterprise platform. The Service provides tools for enterprise architects including:

Architecture diagram generation — ArchiMate, UML, C4, and other standard notations
Compliance documentation — automated generation of DORA, NIS2, and regulatory compliance reports
Project memory — Temporal Knowledge Graph that retains context across projects and sessions
Impact analysis — AI-powered assessment of architectural changes and dependencies
Export capabilities — standard format exports for integration with existing toolchains

Features and capabilities may evolve over time. We will notify users of significant changes that affect their workflow.

3. Account Terms

Authentication: Account access is managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. You may sign in using email and password, Google, or Microsoft accounts.
Two-Factor Authentication: For security, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for all accounts accessing production environments.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Shared or group accounts are not permitted.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free Trial: The free trial program has been discontinued and no new trial signups are accepted. Trials granted before the discontinuation are honoured under the terms in effect at the time they were granted.
Paid Plans: Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is available on request via [email protected].
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month.
Refund Policy: If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
AI Provider Costs: AI processing costs (for providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI) are separate and paid directly by you to your chosen AI provider. ManArch does not markup or resell AI API access.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The ManArch platform, including its software, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of diRectly2you ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all architecture diagrams, documents, models, and other content you create using the Service.
Limited License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use it to improve our products without obligation to you.

6. User Content & Data

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or process through the Service.
Data Storage: All user data is stored exclusively on EU-based servers. We do not replicate data outside EU boundaries.
GDPR Compliance: We process your data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our GDPR Compliance page for details.
Data Retention: Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export and download. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats through the Service's export functionality.

7. AI Usage Terms

Your API Key: ManArch requires you to provide your own AI provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI). Your key is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and is never visible to ManArch staff in unencrypted form.
No Training: Your data is never used to train AI models. Architecture models, documents, queries, and outputs remain strictly isolated within your organization.
No Cross-Customer Sharing: There is no cross-customer data sharing. Your data is never used to improve our AI systems or shared with third parties.
AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs (diagrams, documentation, analyses) are provided as drafts for your review and approval. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of all AI outputs before use.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality AI outputs, ManArch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part thereof
Share your account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

9. Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManArch and diRectly2you ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Service Availability: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.
EU Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice except where immediate action is necessary.
Data After Termination: Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may export your content. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Surviving Provisions: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovak Republic, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
EU Consumer Protection: If you are a consumer within the EU, you retain all rights afforded to you by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
